You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Customers bear return shipping costs, except when an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In those cases, ZARVÉN will cover return shipping.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
